森高さんのときは、埼玉県は浦和市だったのが、ミニモニ版ではちゃんとさいたま市に変わっております

県名と県庁所在地が現在同じところが別の市になった場合はどうするんでしょうね～


さて、しもつかれですが、、、

名物の割には、、、駅の土産物屋でも売ってないし、飲食店のメニューにもない

鮭（新巻鮭）の頭・大豆（節分に撒いた残り）・大根・人参・その他の余り物を細切れにしたり、目の粗い大根おろし器の鬼おろしで粗くすり下ろして酒粕と共に煮込んだ家庭料理

ということで、、、

要は、正月の残り物で作った保存食といったところでしょうか、、、

確かに、２月頃からスーパーで酒粕と大根おろし器のでっかいやつ（鬼おろしと言う）が売られておりました


イ◯ンとか◯ーカドーとかメジャーどころでは売ってないんですが、、、

地元のスーパーで売ってました、しもつかれ

チューブ入り

この時点ではそうでもないですが、、、器に入れると、、、

う～ん、ゲロゲロ

で、、、お味のほうは。。。

最初の一口が、その臭いというか、味というか、すっげえ抵抗があります

慣れてしまえば、そうでもないんです

一晩置いたうすしお味の大根の煮物といった感じでしょうか

材料からするとそのままなんですけどね（笑）

酒の肴にはありかなと、、、

ご飯にかけて食べる勇気はありません（笑）、、、、では！！！！また！！！！

まさかこの歌がココで見れるとは。
タイトルでビックリしましたよ。
自分はよ～く知ってる歌なんで。

ただ「しもつかれ」は初めて見ました。
この様なものだったのですな～。
チャレンジする度胸は自分にはありません。

粕汁の具だけ版みたいなの？(￣∀￣;)

酒粕をだし汁に入れて、塩で味付けして『しもつかれ』と鮭の切り身をプラスすれば絶対美味しいと思います[グー]（笑）

でも、ネーミングがほんとにネガティブな感じで面白いですね＾＾；（笑）

名前は「宇治拾遺物語」「古事談」に出て来る料理「酢むつかり」が起源だそうなので、由緒正しいようです
