今年も餃子日本一を奪還出来なかった宇都宮市が宇都宮大学と共同研究したという

餃子めし

県内のスーパーで2月23日から売り出すということで、、、

買ってみました（笑）

総務省の家計調査（速報値）が１日発表され、「１世帯当たりのぎょうざ支出金額」の２０１２年の年間累計金額で、ライバルの宇都宮市を抑え、浜松市が２年連続で餃子消費量日本一になったことが分かった。 　浜松市の支出金額は４６７０円で、２位の宇都宮市は４３６５円、３位の京都市は３１６９円だった。調査は小売店で購入した餃子が対象。

餃子日本一って、専門の餃子屋さんで売れた餃子の量かと思っていたんですが、、、

違ったんですね～

小売店での購入が対象（外食は含まず）ってことは、この餃子めしもカウントされるってことかな？

これが噂の餃子めし

特徴
「餃子めし」は、宇都宮の特産野菜である「にら」や栃木県の特産品である「かんぴょう」、ひき肉、しいたけを入れた、「餃子味の炊き込みごはん」です。
炊き込みごはんのため、炒めごはんよりも脂質が少なく、また、しいたけなどの「だし」をきかせることで、塩分量を少なくしています。
「かんぴょう」や「しいたけ」を使っているため、食物繊維がとれます。
忙しい人や料理初心者でも簡単に作れるよう、包丁は使いません。また、乾物は水で戻さずに使います。

ふむふむ

材料
・米　1合（150グラム）
・水　225ミリリットル（普通に米を炊く水加減と同じです。）
・豚挽き肉　25グラム
・おろし生姜（チュープ入り）　小さじ2分の1杯
・かんぴょう　5グラム（乾物での重量）
・干し椎茸（スライス）　2グラム（乾物での重量）
・にら　10グラム
・しょうゆ　小さじ2分の1杯
・鶏がらスープの素　小さじ1杯
・酒　大さじ2分の1杯
・酢　大さじ2分の1杯

手順
1　米は洗って、分量の水につけておく。
2　フライパンに、豚挽き肉とおろし生姜を入れ、パラパラになるまで炒める。
3　調理ハサミで、干し椎茸は 5ミリメートル幅、かんぴょうは1センチメートル幅に切る。
4　炊飯器に、1、2、3、鶏がらスープの素、酒、酢を入れて、鶏ガラスープの素が溶ける程度に、上澄みを軽く混ぜて炊く。
5　にらを5ミリメートル幅にハサミなどで切り、醤油と混ぜておく。
6　4が炊き上がったら、5を加えて全体を混ぜる。
（注意）にらは、一緒に炊き込むよりも、炊き上がってから加えたほうがきれいです。

で、食べた感想は。。。

なんとな～く、餃子風味

豚挽き肉とニラが入っているからねえ～

まぁ。。。

白飯に焼き餃子のほうが美味いな

チウことで、、、、では！！！！また！！！！

餃子めしって初耳ですが、なんとなくコレじゃない感が漂ってる気がします。
ひねさんが仰るとおり、白飯+焼き餃子のマッチ感には敵わないでしょう。

この餃子めしを餃子の皮で包んで焼けば白飯なしで食べれて楽かも。（笑）

んん・・個人的な意見ですが、餃子の一番の旨みというのは、キャベツとか、ニラとか、季節によっては白菜等の野菜が凝縮されたモノだと思うのです。ニラは絶対外せませんが、勿論！薬味は生姜だけでニンニクは入らないですね。因みに、私はオカズがない時は、ニラと醤油＆鰹節をご飯に混ぜて食べるのが大好きです。
特産物のカンピョウを入れたのは、とても良い発想だと思います。

これはこれで美味そうですね～
餃子は完全食（主食も副食も含む食品）ということで、中国では餃子だけを食べるそうですが、やっぱり白飯が欲しくなりますなあ

というのも美味しそうです。ニラが入るところがポイントですね。
アタシは味噌汁をご飯にぶっかけたのがいいですね。
どちらも、ねこまんまと呼ぶそうで、鰹節のは東日本、味噌汁のは西日本でそういうみたいです。

小さい頃、餃子を食べるときに最初に皮だけはぎ取って食べ、その後で中身を食べるといった変な食べ方をしていました。
餃子の美味しさは中身なんだ！と思っておりました。
